I’ve got a passion for rhyme, humour and for telling a good story, and particularly I like to combine all three. I’m a prolific writer and draw on thousands of funny interactions with characters from all walks of life, that I’ve met at the counter, in front of the microphone or in front of the camera. Come with me on a voyage of discovery, to a bygone age, where learning is easy, fun…and filled with laughter.

Being bold as brass (no shrinking violet here), I love a good yarn. Some people have said that ‘I must have been vaccinated with a gramophone needle’! My love of a good story, combined with a laconic delivery, have seen me in demand on the speaking circuit. I’ve got plenty of fun tales to tell, to recreate yesteryear and fire the imagination of the Aussie larrikin left in every one of us.

Acting is a natural extension, some may say improvement on more traditional storytelling. I use my sense of place, tempo and timbre to project and become the character that I need to be. I’ve played various roles, from kind work supervisor, to criminal, bouncer, and even a gravedigger. I relish speaking character roles and have starred in movies, TV series and TV commercials.
